1. Registration, formation of the contract, due date of the course fees 
   1. The course attendance is possible only after prior registration.
   2. Registration can be done in person or online. Payment for the first individual course section is made in CASH if you register in person, or by SEPA direct debit or paypal if you register online.
   3. Registration is binding. Course fees are due immediately. If you participate in the SEPA Direct Debit Scheme, you will receive a PreNotification two calendar days before the direct debit. This notice is usually sent by e-mail. If you do not object to the debit authorization granted or if your bank does not carry out the debit for other reasons, the bank charges incurred as well as a processing fee shall be borne by you.
   4. If you register in person, you will receive a paper confirmation of registration. If you register online, we will send an electronic registration confirmation by e-mail. Please make sure that we have a correct email address from you.
   5. Please bring your registration confirmation in paper form or electronically on your smartphone/tablet with you on the first day and show it upon request.

1. Scope of services
   1. Integra Deutschinstitut reserves the right to have a course taught by another equally qualified instructor. Integra Deutschinstitut may relocate the event in terms of time and place, provided that the change is of a reasonable scope.
   2. Travel costs must be paid by the course participants themselves. An exception is made for participants who have been exempted from co-payment by the Federal Office for Migration & Refugees or Job Center or similar authority and who present an approved application for travel reimbursement from the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees. 

Contract amendments

1. Withdrawal, event cancellation 
   1. Courses do not take place and can be cancelled by Integra Deutschinstitut if
      1. the lecturer drops out
      2. the minimum number of participants is not reachedIf a course is cancelled, you will be notified immediately by SMS/email. If you have a further journey, please inquire before the start of the course whether your course will start as scheduled.
   2. In the event of a course cancellation, you will of course be refunded the course fees already paid.
   3. In case of a limitation of participants, Integra Deutschinstitut reserves the right of overcrowding, provided that this is reasonable for the participants.
   4. If you have registered with us for an exam and are absent without excuse on the day of the exam, you will be required to pay the full exam fees. If you present a medical certificate within 3 days after the exam, you will receive your exam fee minus the fee for the exam. a processing fee in the amount of 30 euros. If you belong to the group of participants sponsored through the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees and are absent without excuse on the day of the exam, you will be charged an amount of 60 euros, which is due immediately. If a medical certificate is presented within 3 days of the exam, this fee is waived.

1. For copyright reasons, the recording of images and sound during class is prohibited. Teaching materials of the institution may not be passed on or reproduced.

1. Consultation and classification  4.1.1 Prior to registration, you will have the opportunity to seek advice from our specialist department. Please note that specially marked courses require a prior consultation as well as a placement test (e.g. integration courses).  
2. Please note that smoking is generally prohibited in our course rooms. 
3. It is prohibited to bring animals to class. 
4. Please note that you cannot bring your children to the classes. This is mainly for actuarial reasons. 
5. Data protectionThe collection, storage and processing of personal data is carried out exclusively for our own business purposes and in accordance with data protection law.
