Payment for the first individual course section is made in CASH if you register in person, or by SEPA direct debit or paypal if you register online.<\/li><li>Registration is binding. Course fees are due immediately. If you participate in the SEPA Direct Debit Scheme, you will receive a PreNotification two calendar days before the direct debit. This notice is usually sent by e-mail. If you do not object to the debit authorization granted or if your bank does not carry out the debit for other reasons, the bank charges incurred as well as a processing fee shall be borne by you.<\/li><li>If you register in person, you will receive a paper confirmation of registration. If you register online, we will send an electronic registration confirmation by e-mail. Please make sure that we have a correct email address from you.<\/li><li>Please bring your registration confirmation in paper form or electronically on your smartphone\/tablet with you on the first day and show it upon request.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol id=\"l5\"><li>Scope of services<br><ol id=\"l6\"><li>Integra Deutschinstitut reserves the right to have a course taught by another equally qualified instructor. Integra Deutschinstitut may relocate the event in terms of time and place, provided that the change is of a reasonable scope.<\/li><li>Travel costs must be paid by the course participants themselves. An exception is made for participants who have been exempted from the additional payment by the Federal Office for Migration &amp; Refugees or Jobcenter or a similar authority and who submit an approved application for reimbursement of travel costs from the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees.  <\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><p> <\/p><h2>Contract amendments<\/h2><\/li><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol id=\"l8\"><li>Withdrawal, event cancellation  <br><ol id=\"l9\"><li>Courses do not take place and can be cancelled by Integra Deutschinstitut if<br><ol id=\"l10\"><li>the lecturer drops out<\/li><li>the minimum number of participants is not reachedIf a course is cancelled, you will be notified immediately by SMS\/email. If you have a further journey, please inquire before the start of the course whether your course will start as scheduled.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>In the event of a course cancellation, you will of course be refunded the course fees already paid.<\/li><li>In case of a limitation of participants, Integra Deutschinstitut reserves the right of overcrowding, provided that this is reasonable for the participants.<\/li><li>If you have registered with us for an exam and are absent without excuse on the day of the exam, you will be required to pay the full exam fees. If you present a medical certificate within 3 days after the exam, you will receive your exam fee minus the fee for the exam. a processing fee in the amount of 30 euros. If you belong to the group of participants sponsored through the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees and are absent without excuse on the day of the exam, you will be charged an amount of 60 euros, which is due immediately. If a medical certificate is presented within 3 days of the exam, this fee is waived.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul><ol id=\"l12\"><li>Withdrawal of the participant<br><ol id=\"l13\"><li>If you are unable to attend the course you have booked, it is possible to cancel integration courses in writing up to 1 day before the start of the course. Cancellation of all other courses is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the course. If the 7 days are not reached, Integra Deutschinstitut will retain a cancellation fee. After the start of the event, a cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. In this case, you will be billed for a full course section, which is due for payment immediately.<\/li><li>It is possible to cancel an exam free of charge up to 5 weeks before the exam. If you do not meet this deadline, you will pay half of the examination fee.<\/li><li>For cancellations and re-registrations, a processing fee of 10 euros will generally be charged. Expenses already incurred, such as material money, will not be reimbursed.<\/li><li>Withdrawal for other reasons, e.g. own illness or change of lecturer is not possible.<\/li><li>The extraordinary right of termination for good cause shall remain unaffected.<\/li><li>Deviations from the last 5 points are possible. These are only valid if they have been fixed in writing.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><h2>Other contract conditions<\/h2><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol id=\"l15\"><li>For copyright reasons, the recording of images and sound during class is prohibited. Teaching material from the institution may not be passed on or reproduced.  <\/li><li>Liability (duty to inform)<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul><ol>3.2.1 The liability of Integra Deutschinstitut is limited to cases of gross negligence or intent on the part of Integra Deutschinstitut or one of its vicarious agents. Deviating from this, Integra Deutschinstitut is liable in case of injury to life, health or body, as well as in case of violation of essential contractual obligations, even in case of simple negligence. If there are personal health risks associated with course participation (e.g. existing allergies, health risks in case of pregnancy, etc.), you are obligated to expressly inform Integra Deutschinstitut of this before the start of the contract.<\/ol><ol>Declarations to the Integra Deutschinstitut  <li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol id=\"l18\"><li>All declarations can be made in person at the office in Schillerstr. 7 during business hours or in writing to the business address.<\/li><li>Please send e-mails to the following address: <a href=\"mailto:info@deutschinstitut.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">info@deutschinstitut.de<\/a> <\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><h2>Important notes<\/h2><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol id=\"l20\"><li>Advice and classification  <p>4.1.1 Prior to registration, you will have the opportunity to seek advice from our specialist department. Please note that specially marked courses require a prior consultation as well as a placement test (e.g. integration courses).<\/p><p> <\/p><\/li><li>Please note that smoking is generally prohibited in our course rooms.  <\/li><li>It is forbidden to bring animals into the classroom.  <\/li><li>Please note that you cannot bring your children to the classes. This is mainly for insurance reasons.  <\/li><li>Data protectionThe collection, storage and processing of personal data is carried out exclusively for our own business purposes and in accordance with data protection law.<p> <\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><h2>Final provisions<\/h2><ol id=\"l21\"><li>Should individual provisions of the contract or these terms and conditions be invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the other parts of the contract.  <\/li><li>Integra Deutschinstitut reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions with effect for the future.  <\/li><li>With the announcement of these GTCs, all previous versions lose their
